Specialized Case Manager Job Description The Cantonal Unemployment Fund determines the right to and pays unemployment benefits to all individuals registered with a Vaud employment office. It compensates companies in cases of reductions in working hours (RHT or technical unemployment) for economic reasons or due to bad weather. It pays benefits to workers in the event of insolvency (bankruptcy). As part of your role as a specialized case manager, you provide information and register insured individuals who present themselves at the office. You assume the compilation and analysis of cases.
