We are looking for a Specialist, Digital Performance - SEO & AIO to join our Customer Engagement team. This role will play a key part in driving organic performance across our digital platforms by combining SEO best practice, AI-powered optimisation and data-led insights.
You'll work closely with marketing, content, digital and agency partners to improve visibility, performance and customer experience across Toyota, Lexus and KINTO websites, while helping shape and deliver our evolving AI content and optimisation strategy.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting keyword, prompt and search trend research using AI-powered tools to identify high-value opportunities
- Supporting the development and execution of our AI content and optimisation strategy
- Collaborating with content teams to optimise website content, meta data and structure, using generative AI tools with human oversight
- Monitoring and reporting on SEO performance including organic traffic, rankings and conversions
- Supporting technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving issues such as crawl errors, broken links and duplicate content
- Researching competitor SEO, AEO and AI strategies to identify opportunities and market insights
- Supporting the testing and implementation of AI tools to improve efficiency and automate reporting and workflows
- Assisting with off-page SEO activity including link building and digital PR
- Staying up to date with SEO, AIO and search engine algorithm changes and sharing insights across the wider marketing team
What we're looking for
Essential:
- Approx 3+ years' experience in technical marketing, SEO or an agency environment
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and confidence using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush and AEM
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn insight into commercial action
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented and highly analytical
- Passion for digital, AI technologies and continuous improvement
Desirable:
- Experience with AI-driven optimisation or AEO tools
- Marketing qualification or digital insights tooling certifications
- Customer journey mapping experience
- Understanding of website and IT integration logic
- Experience within automotive, retail, B2B or B2C environments
