Specialist Practitioner (Team Manager)
Pay rate in line with the All Wales Pledge - £38 PAYE / £47.88 Umbrella

The role offers an alternative specialist practitioner career development pathway that requires them to offer leadership to others through practice rather than through the management of the team.
You must be able to evidence expert knowledge and skills of work within the Public Law Outline and through your own practice to ensure children remain with family whenever it is safe to do so.
You will need to case hold complex court work.
You will need to facilitate the learning and development of others through group supervision, support and guidance of other practitioners in matters relating to PLO and court.
The successful candidate will join an established management team which they will work alongside to support through their role as a panel member and have an influential voice in decisions relating to cases entering and exiting PLO, issuing of care proceedings and decision making at the conclusion of care proceedings.
