Position: SEND Teaching Assistant
Location: Loughton, Essex
Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Starting ASAP
Pay: From £13.69 per hour
About UsJoin our special school in Loughton, Essex, where we provide essential support for children aged 3-19 with severe or profound learning difficulties. The facility is fully equipped to support students who require wheelchairs, hoisting, and personal care assistance.

- Provide personal care, including wheelchair assistance and hoisting.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to enhance student outcomes.
- Experience with students with severe and profound learning difficulties.
- Familiarity with ASD, PMLD, ADHD, and complex behavioural needs.
- Skill in managing challenging behaviour with patience and empathy.
- Must be willing to do personal care.
