We're looking for a Special Projects Manager.

About Brit

At Brit, we believe that the uncertainty of the future should never stand in the way of progress. That's why we exist: to help people and businesses face the future and thrive. We are change-makers enabled by a global workforce who collaborate to deliver risk services. Our team is empowered to help our customers not only survive the risks they face but also stay on the front foot and keep moving forward. We believe the uncertainty of tomorrow isn't something to fear but to seize; it's full of potential - for our customers and our employees alike.

While we write the future of risk for our brokers and clients, we also want to help you write your future at Brit: a future based on thriving both professionally and emotionally. If you're looking for a place to make a real difference, read on.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Head of Change & Special Projects, as a Special Projects Manager, you'll contribute to the mobilization, design, and delivery of strategically important and exciting 'Special Projects' for the Brit Group.

In this role, you'll work with stakeholders to document key milestones needed to reach the end goal, synthesize inputs from subject matter experts, and create clear high-level objectives. Acting as an accelerator for delivery, you'll collaborate with the business sponsor and Head of Change & Special Projects to establish the governance framework and working rhythm for the projects.

You'll thrive if you are accountable, energetic, and skilled at building strong relationships with colleagues, actively solving problems, and removing barriers to ensure timely delivery.

We welcome everyone wholeheartedly

We foster a truly diverse and inclusive work environment. We encourage everyone to bring their whole selves to work, knowing they will be respected, valued, and accepted regardless of who they are. Our Employee Resource Groups provide safe spaces for sharing experiences, aspirations, and suggestions on how we do things.
