• Job Description: We are seeking a Spanish Teacher for KS3 and KS4 levels. This role involves full teaching responsibilities on a temporary basis until Easter, with the potential for continuation.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Spanish lessons that meet curriculum standards for KS3 and KS4.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and tailored support to ensure academic development.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive and conducive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share innovative teaching techniques and materials.
• Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school training events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in teaching Spanish at KS3 and KS4 levels.
• Strong understanding of the current curriculum and assessment frameworks for Spanish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students of varying abilities.
• Organisational skills with the capacity to manage classroom activities and administrative responsibilities effectively.
