Spanish speaking Export Administrator
Location: Crawley
Salary: around £25,500 per annum
Ref: 5472M
Main duties:
Assist with administrative duties and overall office support such as entering import / export orders and keeping the company's computer system up-to-date.
The role:
- Creating orders on company's computer system
- Filing and general help around the office updating files
- Processing & updating customer information on the company's IT system
- Supporting general management and day-to-day activities
- Contributing to administrative support
- Undertaking any other duties as required
Candidate's Profile
- Additional fluency in Spanish essential
- Computer literate - MS office
- Organised with good administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A dynamic personality and a team player
Around £25,500 per annum
