What You'll Do

As a Space Sales Executive, you won't just sell cars - you'll create unforgettable experiences. You'll bring the Polestar story to life, guiding customers through a journey that's as premium and innovative as our vehicles. You will:

  • Deliver immersive, engaging, and highly personalised customer experiences
  • Turn curiosity into enthusiasm by showcasing Polestar's exciting technology and design
  • Build lasting relationships - from first hello to test drive to keys in hand
  • Smash targets and KPIs as part of a passionate, high performing team
  • Champion every lead and convert interest into sales with professionalism and flair
  • Be a true Polestar ambassador, representing our values with pride and energy
Who We're Looking For

You are:

  • An outgoing people person who thrives on meaningful customer connections
  • Experienced in automotive sales - or simply driven by a genuine passion to learn
  • Attentive to every detail (yes, remembering the name of someone's dog really does matter)
  • Motivated to hit targets and go above and beyond
  • Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
  • A confident and authentic communicator
  • A full UK driving licence holder (for at least 12 months)
What You'll Get
  • Full time basic: £27,040 + commissions and bonuses (OTE £40,540)
  • 45 hours per week, worked over a 7 day week.

Benefits: Sales

Working Hours: 45 hours per week, worked over a 7 day week.

Salary: Full time basic: £27,040 + commissions and bonuses (OTE £40,540)

We can introduce you to a limited number of finance providers. We do not charge a fee for our Consumer Credit services. Any and all commission amounts will be fully disclosed to you as part of your sales journey. By doing this, you acknowledge that you understand our role as a credit broker, and that we will receive a financial incentive if you take out a loan from a lender that we introduce you to.
