Space Optimisation Lead: Transform Store Performance

Primark is seeking a Head of Space Optimisation to define a best-in-class end-to-end space strategy. You will lead an integrated team delivering data-led capabilities, including a central Space Optimisation Model, to enhance sales, margin and store productivity across the estate.

You will partner with Retail, Merchandising, Buying and Property to translate product and space strategy into executable plans for all stores, ensuring space allocation aligns with customer needs and long-term
