The OpportunityWe are looking for Spa Therapists to join the distinguished team of hospitality enthusiasts at the Marine Troon. Reporting into the Spa and Leisure Club Manager you will be responsible for:
- Developing a rapport with guests to provide outstanding service
- Provide industry leading treatments to each and every guest
- To ensure smooth daily operation of all aspects of the spa
- Have detailed knowledge of all retail and professional products and m services that the Spa provides
- Optimise bookings from guests, which includes up-selling and upgrading regularly
- Provide treatment protocol with the Guest
- Provide a seamless service to the various areas and ensure the guest has appropriate refreshments
- Provide Guest with thorough after-care and home-care advice
- Work on reception when required, handling filing, handling payments, bookings and telephony needs from time to time
- Comply with all legal and organisational policies
- NVQ level 3 in Massage & Beauty Therapy
- A professional positive attitude
- Persuasive retail sales skills
- Impeccable time managementExcellent organisational skills
- Positive attitude and someone who makes our guests smile
- Genuinely friendly and caring
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Excellent communication and immaculate presentation
- Proficient in IT
