Join our team as a Spa Receptionist and be the welcoming face of Aqua Sana Forest Spa, providing a warm, professional service while ensuring a smooth and relaxing experience for every guest from arrival to departure.
What you'll be doing- Deliver friendly and professional front of house service to all guests
- Handle bookings, queries and the smooth running of the reception area
- Support treatment and retail sales to maximise profitability
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high service standards

Please note this is a fixed term position until 6 May 2027.
- Part time
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 hours over a 4 week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements.
- Strong communicator with excellent organisation, attention to detail and computer skills
- Proactive, solutions focused, with customer service experience and industry knowledge
- Builds effective relationships across all levels with a warm and genuine approach
- Demonstrates initiative, teamwork, and exceptional time management skills
