Who We Are:

We are a renowned hospitality group managing two prestigious 4-star hotels in the heart of Florence. Our first hotel, opened in 2017, has earned a strong reputation for excellence in service and outstanding guest satisfaction. We are now preparing to launch our second property, which will include a brand-new, high-end SPA destined to become a benchmark for wellness in Florence's historic center.

To lead this exciting opening and ensure top-tier standards from day one, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to join our team as a SPA Receptionist .


Role Overview:

The SPA Receptionist is the first point of contact between guests and the world of the SPA. This role is responsible for the professional and efficient management of both front and back office operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience in line with our brand standards. The SPA Receptionist will interact with both external clients and hotel guests, supporting all reception, booking, and guest assistance activities before, during, and after the wellness journey.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail
  • Manage reservations (phone, email, and in person) using dedicated software
  • Organize treatment schedules, therapist availability, and room assignments
  • Carry out SPA check-in and check-out procedures
  • Promote and sell treatments, gift vouchers, wellness packages, and skincare products
  • Handle cash register and front office administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with the SPA team to ensure seamless and integrated service delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and visual standards in the reception and common areas
  • Collect and manage guest feedback; provide attentive customer care
  • Support back-office operations including daily reporting, filing, and availability checks


Required Qualifications


Technical Skills:

  • Previous experience (1-2 years minimum) in a similar role within a SPA, wellness center, or comparable hospitality environment
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with booking/management software (specific training provided)
  • Professional command of English (B2 level or higher); knowledge of a second language is a plus
  • Good understanding of the operations of a medium-to-large SPA

  • Strong attention to detail in both guest interaction and daily operations
  • Committed to high service standards and quality delivery
