Spa Manager - Lead, Grow & Delight Guests

Great National Hotel Ballina seeks an experienced Spa Manager to lead Éidin Spa, oversee day-to-day operations and drive guest satisfaction.

You will manage treatments, staff performance and spa marketing, with a strong emphasis on revenue and quality guest care. A minimum of three years in spa management is required, along with ITEC/CIBTAC/CIDESCO qualifications. This is a hands-on leadership role at a hotel spa.
