South Airyhall Team - Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership

Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking two motivated, forward thinking, and enthusiastic full time Community Nurses to join our South Airyhall team.

These posts offer an excellent opportunity to contribute to high quality community nursing within a supportive and established team. While the successful candidates will be based in South Airyhall, there may be occasions where they are required to work across Aberdeen City HSCP in line with service needs.

What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and strong team working skills.
  • Are committed to delivering safe, effective, and person centred nursing care in patients' homes.
  • Can work flexibly across a range of shifts, including participation in the weekend rota.
Experience and Eligibility
  • Previous community nursing experience is desirable but not essential.
  • We welcome applications from registered nurses with a passion for community based care.
  • Nurses with at least one year post registration experience who have completed the Flying Start programme are eligible to apply.
  • Newly Qualified Nurses interested in community posts should apply through the Newly Graduated Nurses programme, rather than via this advert.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
