Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Southern Motorcycle Area Manager to develop and maintain UK Motorcycle Accounts, ensuring Muc-Off remains the market leader. This role requires a proactive, organized, and adaptable individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly visit UK Muc-Off accounts.
• Expand UK market share through in-store range extensions and POS placement.
• Travel flexibly to meet role requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising support during store events.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven sales experience in a fast-paced, multi-product environment with a track record of meeting targets.
• Highly motivated, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in brand merchandising and using initiative.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Full UK driver's license and valid passport.

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of the motorcycle industry.
• Passion for motorcycling.
• Experience driving on UK roads.
