South Regional Retail Director - Outdoor Leadership

JD Sports is seeking a Field Leader for the Outdoor division to drive sales, partner with buying, merchandising, finance, marketing and retail functions across the UK. You will travel and stay away overnight as needed, leading regional teams against KPI targets within a multi-site landscape.

Based in the nationwide field network, you will shape the Outdoor strategy, coach managers, monitor performance, and deliver compelling in-store experiences while upholding brand values and customer focus.
