Sous Chef - United Kingdom

Position located at a busy, award winning 4 star hotel and spa in Kegworth. The role supports a Marco Pierre White New York Italian restaurant and conference and banqueting operations.

Salary: 30,000-32,000 GBP/hour gross plus gratuities.

Employment: Full time, permanent position, 45 hours per week.

Accommodation: Temporary on site accommodation available when starting. One or two people per room; minimum rental period of 3 months; rent £50 per week; no deposit required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Italian restaurant and conference and banqueting operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred.
• Experienced chefs ready to progress in their career welcomed to apply.
