PAM is opening a new restaurant in London and is seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join a busy kitchen. You will prepare, cook and present dishes to consistently high standards while developing knowledge of seasonal ingredients and menus.

Work closely with the wider kitchen team, maintain strict cleanliness and food safety, manage your station, minimise waste and contribute ideas for PAM's ongoing development. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential.
