Sous Chef: Own Seasonal Menus & Lead Shifts

Knowles of Norwood is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our team in a busy kitchen in London. You will be trusted to run the kitchen on less busy shifts and be an integral part of the brigade.

You will be involved in menu design and daily specials as you own your menu, with regular training days and guidance to help you progress toward Head Chef. Great food, tank beer and warm hospitality mark our standards.
