Calling all Sous Chefs! Join our team at an exciting multi-outlet operation within a leading tech workplace.
Working alongside the Head Chef, you'll play a vital role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. From ensuring every plate looks and tastes amazing, to supporting food safety and managing stock, your focus will be on quality, consistency, and care.
You'll also help mentor junior chefs, contribute to creative menu planning, and be part of a team that values fresh thinking, collaboration, and pride in every dish served.
What you'll be doing:- Supporting daily kitchen operations with skill and efficiency
- Cooking and presenting dishes to high standards of taste and appearance
- Helping manage stock, food safety, and hygiene compliance
- Assisting with menu planning, specials, and themed events
- Encouraging a positive kitchen culture built on teamwork and respect
- Sharing ideas, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement
- 2+ years' experience in a similar Sous Chef role
- Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety and sustainability best practices
- A can do attitude, excellent communication, and team spirit
