Sous Chef: Lead the Line & Develop the Team

Marston's PLC in Chippenham is seeking a Sous Chef to join our lively pub kitchen. You'll be second in command to the Head Chef, leading by example to ensure hot, high-quality dishes reach the pass every service.

You'll oversee the kitchen during service, run the line, support development of the team, and maintain the highest standards of food and service. The role offers a pathway to head up your own kitchen through our internal career development.
