Sous Chef: Lead the Kitchen & Elevate Service

Marston's is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team in Wales. You'll be right in the action, second in command to the Head Chef - stepping up and covering for them when they're not on shift.

Be prepared to own the pass during busy services, keep the line running smoothly, and lead by example to inspire confidence in the kitchen. You'll bring branded experience or a proven track as a Commis Chef, have a passion for maintaining the highest standards of food and service, and help develop the
