Job Description

Signature Senior Lifestyle in Reigate is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our luxury care and nursing home kitchen. You will be second in command to the Head Chef, ensuring every meal is nutritious and of restaurant quality for our residents.

With 5 years in a kitchen and an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Food & Hygiene, you'll lead the Chef de Partie and Commis Chef, developing menus and maintaining high standards while promoting a positive, safe kitchen environment.
