Sous Chef: Lead Culinary Team, Growth & Great Benefits

Cosy Club Reading is seeking a Sous Chef to lead and support the kitchen team, delivering service from brunch to dinner across Lounge, Cosy Club and Brightside brands. You will work with passion to create memorable dining experiences for our guests, while developing your leadership across a busy kitchen.

The role offers a base salary up to £37,000 with additional tronc (£6.5k-£9.5k) and bonus potential (£2.5k). Overtime is paid at your normal rate.
