Miller & Carter Plymouth is seeking a Sous Chef who is passionate about great food, training great people and making guests smile. You'll run a section and lead the team in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring everyone works together as one.

You'll be driven to smash targets with your team, train and inspire staff to deliver meals to be proud of, manage food ordering and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations on a branded menu.
