Sous Chef: Lead a Kitchen Team & Grow to Head Chef

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited's Toby Carvery - Worcester Park is seeking a motivated Sous Chef with a passion for great food and mentoring teams. You'll run a section, lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, and ensure consistency across service.

You'll train and inspire staff, manage food ordering and stock, and uphold health and hygiene standards while delivering a branded dining experience for guests. A supportive team environment and opportunities to grow are available.
