Sous Chef: Lead a High-Energy Kitchen & Steak Mastery

Miller & Carter Bath is seeking a Sous Chef who will lead a section, train and inspire the kitchen team, and support the Head Chef with food ordering, prep and stock control.

You will work under the Mitchells & Butlers umbrella, upholding brand standards, health and hygiene regulations, and delivering high-quality steaks and guest experiences. Training and progression opportunities are available within a supportive team.
