Sous Chef: Lead a Dynamic 4-5 Kitchen Team

Celtic Manor Resort in Newport is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for The Grill to support leadership in a fast-paced kitchen. You will help maintain high food standards and deliver memorable dining experiences.

The role requires NVQ Level 3, HACCP knowledge, and at least three years' experience in 4- or 5-star hotel or reputable restaurant. You will lead a team, manage stock, and help control food costs, while upholding safety.
