Sous Chef: Lead a Busy Hotel Kitchen & Mentor Team

Novotel Wolverhampton is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join a busy hotel kitchen in the city centre. You will report to the Head Chef and coordinate with front-of-house to ensure smooth service and seamless shift coverage.

You will deputise in the Head Chef's absence and uphold the highest culinary standards. Key responsibilities include precise dish execution, menu availability, HACCP daily checks, health and safety compliance, and mentoring a small kitchen team to sustain quality.
