The ideal candidate will support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production and supervising kitchen staff. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen, along with HACCP knowledge and proficiency in live fire cooking techniques. Familiarity with Latin American culinary traditions is a plus. The position offers a salary of €36,700 per year for 39 hours of work per week.
