Sous Chef Belfast £36,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join a busy, high-profile hospitality operation in Belfast, working within a professional kitchen and events environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, allergens and Health & Safety.
• Manage stock, waste, ordering and kitchen controls.
• Work closely with Front of House to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Support staff training and development.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization and professionalism.
