This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie or experienced Senior Chef de Partie who is ready to take that exciting next step into a Sous Chef position. This role is designed for someone who has built strong experience in quality kitchens, understands what it takes to deliver a successful service and now feels ready to support the leadership of a kitchen team.
Set within a beautiful four star boutique hotel in a sought after countryside location, this is the kind of property that gives a first time Sous Chef the perfect platform to start that next chapter. The food offering is focused on fresh, seasonal produce, quality cooking and memorable guest experiences, with the opportunity to bring ideas, energy and personality into the kitchen while learning from experienced senior chefs.
This is not a role where you will be expected to know everything from day one. You will have support from a wider culinary structure, including the Head Chef, while still being trusted to take responsibility, support the brigade and help shape the day to day kitchen operation. It is a brilliant chance to build confidence as a Sous Chef, grow into the role properly and make a real impact within a boutique hotel that values quality, character and hospitality.
Please note that this role does not provide Sponsorship, to apply you will need a full British Passport or the right to work in the UK.
Shared accommodation is available nearby, around 15 minutes from the property, so you must be able to drive and have access to your own transport.
