The White Hart Hotel, Lincoln is looking for a passionate and talented Sous Chef to join our thriving kitchen brigade of 12 chefs. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop their career within a growing hospitality business.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food, supporting and inspiring the team, and helping maintain the exceptional standards our guests expect. You'll be joining an experienced, supportive brigade where teamwork, creativity, and development are genuinely encouraged.
