Ready to step up in your kitchen career? My client is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their talented team at a luxury destination spa, offering up to £40,000 plus tips and the opportunity to take on real responsibility within a professional kitchen.
As Sous Chef, you'll support the day-to-day running of the kitchen, working closely with the senior team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional service. You'll have the opportunity to lead and develop chefs, oversee sections, manage stock and ordering, reduce waste and contribute ideas to improve the food offering. The role also gives you the chance to take responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the senior chefs, making it an excellent step for a chef looking to progress.
