Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef to join a highly regarded coastal pub renowned for its fresh food offering, welcoming atmosphere, and commitment to quality.

The Position
  • Support the Head Chef with all kitchen operations
  • Assist in menu planning and seasonal menu development
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and food rotation
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team during service
  • Maintain food safety and compliance standards
  • Deputise for the Head Chef when required
The Person
  • Previous Sous Chef experience within a fresh food environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational abilities
  • Passion for quality ingredients and creative cooking
  • Ability to perform in a high-volume service environment
