Job Description

As a Sous Chef at the Golden Heart, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests' faces. You will run a section, ensuring your team work together, and step up as the lead team member in the absence of the Head Chef.

Responsibilities
  • Drive your team to smash targets.
  • Train and inspire your team to deliver food they can be proud of.
  • Support your Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
  • Master the art of working with a branded menu.
  • Have confidence in managing chefs and the wider kitchen team.
  • Ensure your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
