Salary: £38,000 to £44,000 per annum

Start Date: August 2025

Job Overview

Beadnell Towers is looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef/Sous Chef to work under the Head Chef in our newly built kitchen. The role requires a customer focused approach, consistently delivering excellent service and high quality dishes.

Responsibilities
  • Be fully aware of preparation and service of all dishes on the hotel menus.
  • Prepare and present dishes according to customer/hotel requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of working practices in terms of personal appearance and safe/hygienic working practices.
  • Assist with training and supervision of other kitchen staff.
  • Assist with quality control and menu planning where appropriate.
  • Practice correct and safe use and care of equipment.
  • Assist with various cleaning duties as required.
  • Assist with ordering of food materials following company procedures.
  • Consistently deliver superior customer service through our Customer Service Programme.
  • Observe Food Safety regulations and requirements.
  • Perform other duties dependent on the needs of the hotel.
Hours & Working Conditions

Shift work - five days out of seven, including weekends and bank holidays. Additional hours may be required during busy periods. Staff accommodation can be provided.
