Job Description
Position 
Our client has a Sous Chef job at a four-star hotel in Co. Cork. This is the ideal opening for a Sous Chef ready to step up to the challenge of delivering excellence at volume.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Sous Chef, you will join an established team led by a highly experienced head chef, collaborate, and help shape the kitchen's future.
Qualifications- Experience at least at the level of Senior Chef de Partie in similar establishments, four-star and above.
- Experience as a Sous Chef is highly desirable.
- Experience in banqueting, HACCP knowledge, and working within a budget.
- Ability to run the kitchen without a Head Chef.
- Passion for mentoring the kitchen team.
