Sous Chef - Excellent Opportunity in Luxury Country Hotel 
Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in East Sussex for a Sous Chef to work in their luxury Hotel which has an excellent reputation for its food and hospitality. This is a good career opportunity for an ambitious chef to become part of a talented kitchen team. You will help prepare meals for restarant service along with weddings and private parties.

- Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
- Preparing meals using fresh produce to a high standard
- Assist in writing Menu's with Head Chef
- Restaurant and Function Work
- Kitchen Management duties
- You will already be a Sous Chef
- Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
- Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants ideally to AA rosette standards or higher
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
