Job Description
Sous Chef - RAAZ (Putney, London) Role Overview 
The Sous Chef supports the day-to-day running of the RAAZ kitchen, ensuring consistent food quality, smooth service, and strong kitchen discipline.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily kitchen operations and lead service when required
- Ensure all dishes meet RAAZ standards for flavour, presentation, and consistency
- Oversee prep, mise en place, and station readiness
- Supervise and support junior kitchen staff
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance at all times
- Assist with stock control, waste reduction, and cost awareness
- Communicate operational issues clearly with the GM
- Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef
- Calm, reliable leader who performs well under pressure
- High attention to detail and consistency
- Willingness to learn and execute Indian cuisine precisely
