Opening this summer this restaurant is set to be a sure fire hit. The owners are seasoned pros and opening their first London restaurant. With a great track record in their home country they pride themselves on creating joyous places where you just want to be. They operate as a group, but each restaurant has a really strong individual identity and autonomy for the HC and GM are really important to them. The HC here has creative control over the menus which will change regularly and feature plenty of specials. The backbone of this restaurant is French so the cooking is grounded in the classics but will also be a celebration of the best seasonal British produce available, shining a particular light on our world class shellfish.

This will be a really busy spot, one that is already receiving a lot of attention, with large services and big teams to lead. You'll work alongside the HC and will help run service and play a leading role when it comes to training and developing the junior team members. They are looking for a couple of sous chefs so there's no need for you to be a whizz behind the scenes, more of a focus on service and being used to busy environments.

The restaurant will be open 7 days a week with plans to serve breakfast too so there will be a really nice mix of shifts available. The owners are super ambitious and eventually plan to open several sites in the capital so there are great development opportunities here. They also take training very seriously and their opening GM and HC have been spending time in their restaurants abroad before opening - what a dream!
