Responsibilities- Your role as Sous Chef is to cookexceptional seafood dishes, ensuring every plate meets Rockfish standards
- Lead and inspire atalented kitchen team, driving consistency and excellence
- Support theHead Chefin managing kitchen operations and service
- Maintain high standards infood safety, stock control, and cost management
- Collaborate with thefront-of-house teamto deliver unforgettable dining experiences
