- Your role as Sous Chef is to cookexceptional seafood dishes, ensuring every plate meets Rockfish standards
- Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team, driving consistency and excellence
- Support the Head Chefin managing kitchen operations and service
- Maintain high standards infood safety, stock control, and cost management
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences
