As a Sous Chef you will:

• Support the Exec / Head Chef with day to day kitchen operations
• Help create and develop new dishes and menus
• Prepare, cook and present high quality food within your section
• Assist with ordering and managing stock, while controlling costs
• Lead, train, and mentor junior chefs in the brigade
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety standards

What we look for in a Sous Chef:

• Experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen
• A strong team player who leads by example and stays calm under pressure
• Great attention to detail and consistently high standards

The Pay & Benefits:

• £40,549 per year plus a share of the Restaurant service charge
