Job Description
We are an independent privately owned pub with fantastic food and service.
We are looking for a sous chef to join the kitchen brigade at this award winning gastro pub.
Great opportunities to learn as the whole menu is produced on site.
The applicant will assist with the rest of the team in ensuring the highest quality of food is served. The applicant should have similar experiences in previous roles.
He/she will be given the opportunity to create new dishes and contribute to new menu decisions.
Great environment to progress.
4.5 day working week.
Salary negotiable upon experience
Tips are around £2k yearly.
40-50 hours, early closes as kitchen closes early
The chef will run their own section with help from the rest of the team and communicate with other members of the team to ensure the highest standards are achieved within the section.
Our dishes are created with fresh ingredients allowing the opportunity to create dishes of the highest quality.
Opportunities for progression within the company are available to the right candidate.
Christmas day and Boxing day off
Experience is preferred.
