We want our Sous Chefs to be the future Head Chefs. They should be the creative force behind our menus and specials, delivering consistent, fresh, seasonal food. We value good health & safety standards and a well-trained team.

We prefer chefs who focus on quality ingredients and proper cooking over trendy techniques like foams, gels & smears. Our main menu changes seasonally, and our specials should showcase imagination, flair, and personality.

As a Sous Chef, you will step into the Head Chef's role when they are off. You should understand dish costing and contribute to menu development and daily specials.

You will be part of the management team, attending weekly management meetings and engaging in regular training and inspirational days with our Group Executive Chef & Area Chefs.
