If you're an ambitious Senior CDP or rising Sous Chef with drive, energy, and something to prove, this is your launcher. We're recruiting for a brilliant, high-performing 2 Rosette venue in Wedmore where the Exec Chef actively builds pipeline talent-in fact, their last ready Sous was just promoted, leaving a prime slot open.

With two new property openings happening in the next 6 months, this group needs fresh talent on the way up who want to train hard, master the site, and take on their own kitchen when the next site doors open.

(Note: This role is specifically designed for an upwardly mobile chef looking to grow - it will not suit an experienced Head Chef looking to step down).
