About the role

As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in maintaining high standards across the kitchen.

From supporting with recruitment and training to ensuring food quality, cleanliness and compliance, you'll help create a positive and high-performing kitchen environment.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and is ready to grow within an ambitious and expanding business.

• Supporting the Head Chef with leading and developing the kitchen team.
• Delivering fresh, high-quality food and consistent service standards.
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and kitchen organisation.
• Ensuring compliance with Food Safety and health and safety regulations.
• Leading by example during busy service periods.
