Sous Chef - Premium Food Production (Weekdays)

Smith & Brock Ltd Bespoke by Smith & Brock is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our premium food production team. This hands-on role works with the Senior Sous Chef and Bespoke Director to maintain high standards in quality, consistency and kitchen culture.

You will lead day-to-day cooking for large-scale production, contribute to menu development, mentor junior kitchen staff, and ensure food safety and a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
