A Sous Chef role is available at a four star, 1AA rosette awarded, multi-outlet hotel with a busy dining operation where you will be joining a large team of 10 chefs. The property has three restaurants that have separate menus offering modern British dining all prepared from scratch using fresh, seasonal produce. There is also a large conference and banqueting department used by both corporate and leisure guests.
RequirementsCVs will be considered from Sous Chefs, it is important that they highlight experience working in busy fresh food kitchens serving multiple dining operations and busy banqueting operations for a minimum of 2 years. Sous chefs who has the drive and ability to push forward standards, be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved.
